Regulations for permission to perform cosmetic surgery

The Regulations for permission to perform cosmetic surgery says: Cosmetic surgery in accordance with this regulation, are interventions where cosmetic considerations are crucial indication for the procedure, ie, interventions that are performed in order to change the look. [...] A surgical procedure is regarded as a cosmetic surgical procedure when the decisive consideration for performing the procedure is cosmetic grade and not medical grade. The regulation is limited to include interventions with the use of the surgical knife.
