Things to do when you travel to Adeliaide

Accommodation of Adeliade
Accommodation in Adelaide is plentiful and varied.
Three 5 star hotels are located within the city square mile - the Hyatt Regency Adelaide, the Hilton Adelaide and the Terrace Inter-Continental. All are within a short walk of the city's main entertainment, dining, cultural and business precincts.
There are plenty of other good quality hotels in and around Adelaide, including the Grosvenor on North Terrace and the Hindley Park Royal in Hindley Street.
If you'd prefer to have a five star sea view, try the Ramada Grand Hotel, at Glenelg. A 15-20 minute drive from the city centre, it's right on the foreshore and close to shops, entertainment and leisure facilities.
After something a little different? Try one of Adelaide's attractive Victorian and Edwardian pubs, which provide a good range of medium-price accommodation. There's also a good selection of heritage accommodation, refurbished houses and cottages located in the city's inner residential areas and close to the entertainment and dining precincts.
Good motels and self contained units can be found along the city's main approaches and along its outer rim on South Terrace and Greenhill Road.
Travellers with an eye on their budgets will home in on one of the city's bed and breakfast establishments, noted for their homely atmosphere. Backpackers are also well provided for, with a number of specialist hostels within the city square mile.
